I created my free ADHD bootcamp  when I realized that so many women with ADHD were struggling with executive dysfunction, time management and feelings of guilt and shame. I have ADHD myself and I also have two children who are neurodivergent so I really understand the challenges and struggles created by being neurodivergent.

I am a certified ADHD and Relationship Coach. I have a BA (Hons) degree in Psychology as well as certifications in Transformational Life Coaching, Group Coaching and Positive Psychology
